If you have just finished IB then this is extremely unlikely.Most unis state the following - Second Year Entry: Possible for those with advanced qualifications compatible with our degree structure. However, if you apply to Scottish universities, you can apply for second year entry if you meet the requirements as their courses are usually one year longer than those in england and wales.
