Right so here's the thing, I know which University to go to: UCL, Edinbrugh, Uni of Manchester, King's College, Uni. of St.Andrews and Queen Mary Uni.

So, basically if anyone knows,

-when are the entrance(?) exams for each of these universities,

-what other requirements do they need besides the IB grade/marks

-and any other things that I need to know about applying to one of these unis. for medicine that you guys can tell me more about.

Thank you ever so much!

There are no entrance exams as such, but all of these universities require you to do the UKCAT (and some of them might want the BMAT, you'll have to check the universities websites). Information can be found here:

UKCAT (taken in July-October): http://www.ukcat.ac.uk/

BMAT (taken in November): http://www.admissionstests.cambridgeassessment.org.uk/adt/bmat

All british universities require you to have work experience; you need to be able to show that you have researched the profession, either by volunteering or by shadowing a doctor. Phone hospitals/nursing homes in your area and ask if they need volunteers, or if you could shadow a doctor. They will also ask you for previous grades, from GCSE/IGCSE-exams, or equivalent.

TheStudentRoom.co.uk has a very good forum for people applying to UK Medical Schools: http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=195

Good Luck!

or visit UCAS.COM it tells you all the information about the application process as it's where you apply and gives you the link to each uni's site where you can find the entry requirements

But I'll basically tell you that UCL and KCL require you to have at least 38 points with a 6 on Chem HL and Biology/Mathematics/Physics as 1 other HL subject
