Center Field
Well notes and such are not a sure fire way to obtain a seven in any subject, but you may perhaps invest in spending time and laying out each single party totalitarian regime you have to deal with, their associted dictators/premiers/autocrats, and their methods, political ideologies, affects on the world into separate little folders/study papers. Then in each folder leave room for historiographical content (source analysis and the like), possible essay prompts (if you can come up with a good question, then you can answer any question well), and then basic essay structures you may need to use for the topics.
