Gandy
Do my CAS projects needs to be alot of work, or can i do some fairly easy things? I have limited time to do the projects, and have no idea what to do. I am especially worried about the ammount of time nessicary to complete each. Thanks!! ∫ Jorge δx
As long as it covers at least two areas of CAS, gets you a few learning outcomes, you work with your team and all that... It can be something that can be completed over the course of one or two weeks. My CAS Project Involved a presentation to the school administration and altogether only got me 10 hours total. It doesn't need to be a lot of work, but if you need the hours, you can make it a lot of work. 1 Reply
ShineeLikeMe
Find out what your teacher wants. Because they changed it to 8 learning outcomes it's not really set in stone. However your teacher may require you to have around a certain amount of hours per activity. You really just have to show dedication to that activity.Like let's say you worked somewhere for like 2 hours and that was it. That really doesn't count as CAS considering the point is to give back to your community. Two hours of your time doesn't show squat. Get invovled and you should be fine. Tutoring is especially easy as you can BS evidence that shows you completed several things. Our TOK teacher honestly said that tutoring oculd count for 6/8 outcomes if we played it right. Mahuta ♥
Assuming you mean CAS reports, our school prepared forms that we just had to fill and get it signed by supervisor. Here's the file, it gives you ideas on what you need to include.CAS_Activity_Evaluation_Form.doc Reply
