saunders is god Posted October 2, 2010 Report Share Posted October 2, 2010 you could obtain statistics from Tourism Australia http://www.ret.gov.au/tourism/tourism_statistics/Pages/TourismStatistics.aspx and you could write about stuff like demand and supply for plane tickets, hotels etc. (but it is summer anyway so there might be many variables!). However, I'm pretty sure the Extended Essay guide warns against writing about the impact of big events on economies as it is a really broad topic and very difficult to fit under 4000 words.
