dessskris
I am trying to draw a regular pentagon in Autograph. I have read&tried the methods described in Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentagon) and all of them are really confusing. the easiest one to do in Autograph for me is the Richmond's method. but, I dont know how to set the length of the sides! I have successfully drawn a pentagon with side length 5.88 units because the circle's radius was 5 units. now I want my side length to be an integer. what should I put for the radius of the circle? I will construct 4 pentagons with side lengths of 3, 4, 5 and 6 units. and afterwards I will need to find their areas too.or is there any other method which can give me a pentagon with integers as the side length? (I would need to do further working so I must draw it in a graphing software)or is there any other software that can draw a regular pentagon automatically?
