Could anyone help me with what I should include in Criteria N,O,P for the portfolio extension?

I am aiming for at least a 18/20.

The Syllabus clearly states that Criteria:

1.N:Discussion and analysis of the interview. To get the three marks you must: Discuss interview,refer to summary of interview with extensive analysis.

2.O:Reflection on the interview:To get the four marks you must:Extensive reflection on ideas arising from interview and applied to portfolio research with supportive examples and new relationships

3.P:Projection of broader implications from the interview and portfolio research: To get the four marks you must be an: extensive projection of implications as a result of the interview and portfolio research with supportive examples.
