The first blank can be like an event that happened, or something that was a catalyst for Japan's reconstruction. Then, the second blank would be examining a certain aspect on Japan's reconstruction like economic policy, foreign affairs, governmental structure, etc. You wanna be as specific as you can so you can score better!
