lindieeluieee Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 Well I can only help you with Antigone (the only book I did from your list)Here are some topics my class has done:-To what extent was Antigone responsible for her own downfall (lol, this question you can apply to almost everything)-The childishness of the "nobel" characters?-To what extent is Sophocle's Antigone precursor of the Gothic genre?-A study of tension in Antigone and how it is achieved-Why did Antigone kill herself?-Was Antigone herself or fate to be blamed for the tragic outcome of the play (or sth like that exploring the role of fate in Antigone)?There was more, I can't seem to remember them all... will post more if I remember.
