Make sure you explain how expansionary fiscal policy works and stay focused on the article, i.e. discuss the implications of "cutting taxes and fees, improving weak links, boosting consumption and improving people's livelihood" and the fact that there is also a reference to supply-side policies when it talks about the support to technological innovation.
