I am thinking about doing an experiment on submerging the apple into solutions with different acidity and determining the browning of the apple but I don't think it will work though cuz I really want to have a quantitative data. kw0573 Posted November 5, 2016 Report Share Posted November 5, 2016 If you are not sure how browning works, you should first do some preliminary researches online and in your textbook. You should pick a topic in which you more or less have a theory to explain the results (or to have some justified hypothesis) before the experiment.
