abelkoontz Posted September 1, 2016 Report Share Posted September 1, 2016 So i tested herbal juice on bacteria and basically usde paper discs and put them in colonies my teacher told me to put a 1cm by 1cm grid on it and count the colonies, but i have more than one disc in there and its they are all different samples of paper dics. how am i supposed to do it? and what do i do after i counted them?? whats the point of counting them??
