Qualified? Do you mean he/she doesn't teach well? Aside from the study guides, this is a great place to get some Biology notes. So if you studied yourself then went to one of these later on you'd be able to verify what you should and shouldn't know. For example, near me we have the OSC courses (https://osc-ib.com).
