essaywriter
So I'm in Spanish HL and I submitted my written work two days ago. My bibliography is in English, which I know is an incredibly stupid mistake! Of course the source (the novel we read) is in Spanish, but the words "and" and "print" appear in the bibliography. I asked my teacher about it, but she said she doesn't know anything about that (we are a new IB school). Will this greatly affect my grade? IB_taking_over
probably not, I don't believe the bibliography counts for marks, it is just supposed to be there. Citations are weird, in terms of foreign languages. Most citation styles only require the title to be in the original language. Reply
essaywriter
Thanks! But can I maybe get more answers? I believe you and am confident that you're answer is true, but it would be helpful if I got some more... But thanks again! Now I only need to stress 100000 other things Reply
Moma
Idk, I did in German as well...I just wrote "Bibliography" in German, but the citation itself was in English...We are also a new IB school, but I don't think that you will get downgraded because the citation is in English...
