ShootingStar16
So I'm finishing up my bio IA and I'm done most of it, but there's this one small portion I'm really stuck on.. I used Pearson product-moment correlation for my statistical test and my teacher suggested that I compare my correlation coefficient to a critical value. The problem is that I don't know how to find critical values for Pearson correlation on Excel.. To keep things simple, I'm making p equal to 0.05 because that's what our teachers recommended. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks! Edited January 30, 2016 by ShootingStar16 Reply
Rosalina
I found this...they talk about critical values for Pearson starting from Page 4. I had this nifty handout for finding critical values on Excel. But it was on t-tests . So I hope this helps Edited January 31, 2016 by Rosalina 1 Reply
