DavidP
I plan to study mathematics at the university and would like to take Further mathematics as a subject, but my school does not offer it. Is there any possibility of self-teaching it and taking it on exams nonetheless or what do you suggest i do?Thank you Reply
terribletouw
I think it there might be an online course for it? As far as I'm aware most schools don't offer it. I'm pretty sure that in most cases Maths HL is fine to study Maths at uni though, if you can't find a way to take Further maths. Reply
Emilia1320
Neither does my school (tear), actually at first they wouldnt offer HL math. But the good thing is that FMHL is not required to like any universitiy for math not even the most prestigious ones require it, so while its boring to take some less exiting SL subject on its place it won't ruin your changes to study math in university. Just do like I did and take all other exiting subjects (whatever that means for you). Reply
