Austin Lee
Hi, I am working with an organization/year round swim team that provides free practices for kids that are either physically or financially disabled. I have a question about planning. Because I am working with an organization, I am basically following what the organization is saying. How would I plan stuff? And is planning/organizing necessary? daiisycurtis
You do not need to be the one planning CAS activities I don't think, as long as you are giving back to the community. You could say though that you thought of new ways to entertain / teach. I don't really know what teaching swimming entails but surely you're being creative by thinking how to get the kids excited about swimming / how to make it non-boring? As long as you have a CAS activity though, I'm sure actual planning doesn't really matter Reply
