Reconstituting powdered milk to desired fat content ?

Working with lipase and milk for my lab report.

 

If I reconstitute 100g of powdered milk containing 20g of fat in 100 ml of water will it give me milk that has 20% fat content? Likewise will this hold good

75g powder in 100 ml water = 15% fat content
50g powder in 100 ml water = 10% fat content 
25g powder in 100 ml water = 5% fat content
