is Math Hl required for Enginnering?

Maybe the college considered the fact that your school doesn't offer Math and Physics at HL and accepted them. If your school offers the two subjects at HL definitely take them.

I doubt it. It's different because I'm from Ontario, and as Ontario high school applicants, the universities don't even look at your IB grades unless you specifically request it. Everyone was accepted based on their high school marks. However, I'm sure that the process is different for international students.
