alexalexalex
Hello! So my school doesn't offer the language B course I want to take (swedish language B SL) and apparently you're not allowed to self-teach language B courses. I know a teacher from another school close to mine, she doesnr teach IB but she does teach EB. I was wondering, would she be allowed to "teach" me swedish language B (wouldnt be hard for her as I am basically fluent in swedish). Anyways, would that work if she could teach me even if she's not in my IB school??Thank you so much for answers! //Alex Reply
Blackcurrant
Yes, it would work. Of course. But everything depends on your school and coordinator. In an increasingly rule-governed and increasingly inflexible global environment, the answer from your school will be "Not possible/permissible". Let's hope your school is not yet part of the global tendency.. Reply
