CAS HOURS

Basically, you have to show evidence that you put in effort and commitment, and that you achieved something or developed something new. You should also talk about the value that the activity holds for you, and how you felt about feeling involved in it. You could also discuss how you met the outcomes by explaining what you did. Overall, you do what the term "reflection" implies... You must think back on the activity you did and discuss how it has affected you.

Your reflections don't have to be paragraphs and paragraphs in length, but they shouldn't really be one sentence long either. Generally, my reflections are about one paragraph long (this varies with the activity, though). Reflections aren't that difficult to write, so don't worry too much about them. Good luck!
