Ploosh
Predicted Overall (without EE/ToK): 38Predicted EE: AToK: TBAApplied:Harvard CollegeColumbia College (NY)Brown UniversityDartmouth CollegeBarnard CollegeWellesley CollegeSmith CollegeMt Holyoke CollegeWilliams CollegeMiddlebury CollegeMcGill University (Accepted on condition of 32 IB score)If I don't get into Harvard or Columbia, I'm quite sure I'll take McGill's offer. I happen to know loads of people in Montreal, or people who will be moving there next year to go to McGill, so it would be an exciting experience. I'm really crossing my fingers for Columbia, but I know I probably am already a file in their garbage can. Reply

LinuxBeta
My marks are nothing spectacular. They're currently 33/42 points, without the EE and TOK. I think I'm definitely being under-predicted in at least half of my subjects, esp. history, French and chem. I guess that leaves room for surprise or something. HLs: English, Math, History (6,6,5)SLs: Anthroplogy, Chemistry, French (6,5,5). Canadian Universities: (no others, got lazy and decided I don't wanna leave the country)York University- Schulich School of Business iBBA (international Bachelor of Business Administration) ---- PendingWaterloo University- Honours Mathematics with Co-op- Actuarial Sciences ---- Offer (conditions unknown...package is in the mail) University of Waterloo + Wilfred Laurier University Double Degree- Math and Business Administration ---- Offer (Conditional: 82% average maintained and minimum 70% in prerequisites- math and english) University of Toronto- Physical and Mathematical Sciences- Actuarial Sciences --- Pending (lazy bums take forever for kids who have to apply to 'colleges' ) Reply

Sandwich
Predicted GradesHL Chem (7), HL Bio (7), HL English A1 (7), SL Phil (7), SL Spanish B (7), SL Maths (5/6). Aaaand the school arbitrarily picked 2 bonus points for everyone, so I applied with 42 or 43 as a total score (all based on IB1 internal results). Offers & conditionsUCL, Medicine, 36 total, 6/6/5 @ HL, any order.Sheffield, Biomed, 33 total, 6/6 in HL Chemistry and HL Biology.Bristol, Medicine, not interviewed, rejected.Oxford, Medicine, interviewed & rejected.Dunno if that gives anybody any ideas as to what to expect. I'm still not sure what happened with Bristol! They really didn't like me The Sheffield offer was actually a conversion from a place for Medicine to a place to Biomed. I was rejected without interview or anything except for a UCAS update for Medicine and then given that adjusted offer a couple of months later. Strange stuff!
