IB & Art Schools in USA for International Students?

To tell you a brief background, I am a Canadian who very recently decided she wants to become a graphic designer. I considered dropping IB but I decided to keep doing it in case I don't get into an art school. I've done my fair share of research and I realized I don't need SAT's to go into certain universities in the States, and out of the ones I researched, I really liked SAIC and CalARTS as well as Parsons, but their fees are crazy expensive. I want to go to the States for university because of the job market in California for graphic designers. Also, SAIC has great co-op and internship opportunities. Do you guys have any advice for things like scholarships, or do you know any need-based scholarships art schools might offer? I really do need the financial help and I don't know where to get it (outside of student loan and things like that...).
