King112
Well, I would suggest reading. You get a ton of new words. Plus, watching the news often give you an idea of how you can improve your grammar. And since practice makes perfect try talking to people. Talk to the random guy/girl you see outside. I figure that should help you.Cheers,King112 PS: avoid text speak because it messes with your spellings 2 Reply
ibprincess
lots of practice essays. get them checked by your teacher, fix them up, give them back see if you improved, look at what you do well and what you do bad and seek to improve what you did bad in. 1 Reply
theswizzlerbruh
Hello Dan! In your case, getting a tutor would be a good option if you are willing to pay extra money. Otherwise, get a hold of many books as you can that are IB appropriate, and read them. Reading and saying the words out loud can help you in both comprehension and speaking skills. try and communicate with other people in english, so you can practice speaking english, as well as expanding your vocab. You should also try and use http://www.talkenglish.com if you can. It's a very good site that brushes up your speaking, writing, and listening skills in english. Plus, it's free. cheers,-theswizzlerbruh Edited August 30, 2015 by theswizzlerbruh 1 Reply
