IBsurvivor98 Posted August 26, 2015 Report Share Posted August 26, 2015 My IA is to investigate the effect of different leaf extracts on the germination and growth of seedlings Currently, I got two different kinds of extracts. Two different kinds of seeds I covered 8 petri dishes with cotton and placed six seeds of one kind in them. I then poured over the two leaf extracts on 4 petri dishes each. I did this for both seeds.
