UCAS adjustment eligibility

So my firm choice's offer's conditions were 36 6/6/6. I ended up getting 40 7/6/5, being 1 point short of a 6 in Maths (after remarking), and got rejected even after trying to negotiate, presumably because I want to study CS and Maths is pretty important for that.

My insurance choice's conditions are 32 5/5/5. I was wondering whether I'd be eligible for UCAS adjustment, and, if so, is there any realistic possibility of getting into a better Uni? I'd love it if somebody could share their experience with this.  ^_^
