I don't know any websites like that but I would recommend you reading a lot in German (German articles, German subreddits on reddit like for example reddit.com/r/de, etc.), watcing movies in German (for example Lola rennt or Goodbye, Lenin) and listening to German music (I recommend the "MyGermanPop - top 30" playlist on Spotify). Other than that I recommend creating and account on Reddit and posting on reddit.com/r/language_exchange that you're looking for a person to teach you German (and you could teach that person Chinese, for example). It would be best if you could become facebook friends so you could practice writing in German daily! That's what I did and it helped me a lot because I got 6 in German B HL, even though I have only studied German for three year before starting IB (and only 1-2 hours a week) so technically I wasn't prepared for German B HL.
