warrior
My teacher won't let me do any sport activity for Action hours in CAS, she says everything has to be a combination of either creativity and service or action and service. But I was reading other topics and some of you guys mentioned that just by going to the gym you gained hours, is this permitted even if it doesn't involve a service? moneyfaery
According to the official CAS guide, yes. (See this document) On the PDF's page 27, you can see that it lists 'joining a running club', 'learning to scuba-dive', 'playing on a softball team', 'gymnastics' as acceptable action activities. However, your activity must be supervised. Going to the gym without a trainer/supervision does not count as CAS. Reply
