I second ChemBio Office 2008 (thats the correct name, btw) and its made by CambridgeSoft. This software is quite pricey, with retail versions pushing close to 2,000 USD per copy. The software suite does however include Chem3D which has access to molecular modelling. If you talk to Customer Service however, and you prove that you are a student, they will send you a free lisence + download information for ChemDraw/ChemOffice 6.0. Althought this is dated, it will be able to do 3D modelling. Now, OP I need to ask what exactly you intend to do with the software. If you intent is to use it for molecular modelling mostly, and perhaps some computational chemistry (i.e. Hartree-Fock optimizations, etc.) I would recommend getting HyperChem as it would be better for this purpose.
