I had a Maths HL teacher who liked me a lot, he graded my IA a 36/40 which is a 7 (this was back in the May 2013 session). Once I looked at my component grades I saw that my grade was moderated to a 24/40 (because my teacher was waaaaaay too nice), so I got a 5. A few weeks later I received an email that my IA grade was changed to a 6 (still a mystery how that happened, the world will never know). A category 1 enquiry upon results implies a remark of the external assesment only. A category 3 EUR, however, is a remoderation of the school IA.
