Universities for Consideration?

I'm a diploma student going into partial (due to pretty personal reasons) I'm very interested in political science, women's studies, and history. I'm wondering what schools in Canada would have good faculties for arts or focus specially on either of the subjects I listed (mostly the first two choices)

I'm going to take (IB courses)

IB English HL

IB History HL

IB Mandarin HL

And in conjunction I'm taking the following regular courses my school offers:

Law

French

Geography

Writing

The bigger schools are known to have renowned Arts departments (Think McGill, UToronto, UBC). If you're looking to go to grad school, then you should consider a smaller school/a school where you will likely perform better so you'll get high grades. Or if you want a well-rounded education, you should also consider liberal arts schools like St. Fx, Acadia or Bishops.
