What is an i-Map? Examples?

Hey guys,

So I'm supposed to make an "i-Map" for TOK. It's supposed to communicate my inner core, and help people figure out who I am and stuff?

Can any of you guys tell me more if you've done this before? I have no clue what to do.

Also, if you have any examples, please share 'em! :)

Thanks

This sounds like something your individual teacher assigned, not something that's common across TOK courses. From what you described (communicating who you are) and to keep it related to TOK, you will likely need to focus on how you think and things related to that. Some things that I would include would be stuff like:

Are you primarily right-brained, left-brained, or somewhere in between?

Which of the ways of knowing do you primarily use? Are you a person based on logic and reasoning, or do you let your emotions help you decide things?

How do you learn? Are you a hands-on learner, a visual learner, audio learner, etc?

Hopefully that gives you something to start with and you can think of some other similar things to include in your i-Map.
