misssprings
Hi, can someone tell me how many books have to be read in total for the English A; Langauge and Literature course? Reply
psychologystudent501
As far as I know, HL students are required to study four books, whereas SL students are only required to learn 3. At least, that's how it's done at my school. It may be different at your school, and if you are doing a different genre of book to my school (we do drama/plays)Hope this helps you Reply
Mikhael
Atleast 3 for SL and 4 for HL. It depends a lot on your school though. The more the easier would it for you to answer the question in paper 2. Reply

by.andrew
Our school only offers English Lit HL, but we studied 4 works per semester of study. We study English for 3 semesters in an HL course, so we will be studying a total of 12~13 works in total. Minimum is 4, but my teacher says that studying more books may mean more versatility when we write the exam in May. Reply
