neb120
Hey guys So my school is having a "CAS Day" where basically all we do is CAS activities to help us to pass CAS. My CAS coordinator has asked me if I would like to run an activity on the day as it would count for a lot more than just participating. She suggested ball sports or something along those lines.Does anyone have any ideas for a few activities I may be able to run? Thanks a lot guys, great forum, really really useful! peternguyen
If this message is still pertinent, try to do dodgeball. That sounds really fun. Or maybe make a bunch of small activities. Its interesting how schools would do CAS days, though. 2 Reply
Claire S. Chapuy
Yes, dodgeball is a great idea! Otherwise, play the usual capture the flag but you can mix it up with some dodgeball Otherwise, last year I noticed some of the IB kids got sand from the kids' playground and set up a sort of beach volleyball with a simple carry-able net! It was a lot of fun AND you can come up with a brand new creative sport and it'll also count as Creativity hours! Hope I helped xx Edited December 9, 2013 by Claire S.
