alefal
Hey there!Whether or not a subject combination is good or not depends very much on your abilities, your personality and your interests. No-one here can answer this for you (unless someone know you personally here). You will need to think what you want to study at university (at least in general terms), and decide whether or not your subjects facilitate that line of study. Another thing to keep in mind is whether or not you prefer the chosen subjects over the alternatives. Let's say your school also offer politics, and you happen to like politics very much. Then it would make no sense to choose economics over politics (assuming that you like history more than economics). As for what university programmes that are feasible to apply for after you've achieved a diploma with this subject combinations, there are many thousand universities in the world, each offering unique programmes. You can probably study a majority of these studies after you've ended the IB, with the exception of most scientific programmes (the often require science subjects or mathematics at higher level). As a consequence, there are no particular programmes we can recommend. You need to figure out what you want to do with your life. Start with your interests. Do you like to write (journalism, linguistics, etc)? Do you like to teach people (teacher, professor, etc.)? Do you like to investigate and learn new things (researcher, law enforcement, etc)? do you have a particular interest within politics? Do you like to analyse topics (policy maker, researcher, project manager, etc.)? 1 Reply
