In short, the article will not be good for an economics commentary.Go back to the business section on the guardian website and look for articles that deal with concepts you have learned so far. If you are writing a microeconomics commentary, try to find an article that discusses something like taxing a negative externality. An added benefit would be if it somehow also talks about relative falls in price/consumption (for elasticity discussions).
