pH level range HCl an NaOH

Now I don't want to get too technical, but it depends on the concentration of of HCl and NaOH in your solution. (E.g. you can have minuscule amounts of HCl and the pH could be 6.) Is this for an IA by any chance?

Ok thank you! I've just tried searching and it has something to do with logarithmic and mole (1 mole per liter HCl = 0; 0.1 mole per liter HCl = 1...) so I pretty have gotten the answer. Thanks ! :) Yes, it's just a little part for my evaluation
