IB Failing Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 The concept of reduced interest rates allows you to discuss a whole range of things, regarding possible effects etc. I'd say search around for an article on the same topic but from a different source, just so that you can find one that doesn't go into too much detail and allows you to analyse the event economically.
