It is from my high school's US college counseling office and all students use it to write their own CVs. After you're done drafting it, give it to a teacher, coordinator, or counselor to take a look and possibly make a few corrections.

If after you've written your CV, you'd like somebody to go through it for you and make it clearer, just PM me and I'd be happy to. I spent a few weeks last year perfecting my CV before application season started, so I'm quite experienced with shortening sentences, but keeping content, and all that good stuff.
