Do you need biology to get into UK medicine?

Most universities require Chemistry HL to apply for medicine, and biology HL is supposed to be very helpful as well. I'm sure there are universities that may have a requirement of "A Science HL" and not Chem/Bio specifically, but I think there aren't many.

You can do a pre-med course beforehand.

i think you need chemistry more than physics...

in UK, chemistry HL 6 or 7 is required for medicine!

for all you hls, you need about 18 points overall

have you decided what schools you are going to apply? are you international student? or EU?

i have gone through many university websites and also inboxes them... where as requirements are concerned... every university prefers chem and bio HL.... I tried looking for foundational courses.... where you can drop chem or bio but there are rarely any university... and if there are... they are not well ranked... in the world... and all good universities take only students from UK... so look for foundation courses maybe you find one...
