aahmedov
Why dont you use the grades you earn after the exams? Why does everyone talk about predicted grades? Reply
Award Winning Boss
Everyone talks about predicted grades because you need to use them to apply for universities in the UK. You haven't achieved anything in the IB (until your final grades) so you only have your predicted grades to use.The reason why you can't use your final grades is because they haven't set it up that way for applications since university starts around october, so they wouldn't have the time to process all applications. That's because A level applicants get their grades in August. They were considering making it like that by pushing the start of the university year to January but they're undecided on that. It won't happen quickly enough for it to affect your application though. 2 Reply
