Group 4 solar panels Physics

So what i'm doing is that on a sunny day, i will be recording current and voltage reading from a very small solar panel and then calculate the power it is generating. What i was thinking of doing was to scale up the results by lets say 40 times because a bigger solar panel would be consisted of 40 times the panel i have, but then what can i do with that. Our theme is how to make the campus greener and our group's theme is alternative source of energy. I have access to our school's roof and i have the dimensions of the area where i can have solar panels but i need some ideas as to what i can do with these results so that it is a proper Group 4 project and what can i write in my conclusion?

Thing is, i need help now because i can't type out what we are doing and anyways we have presentation on thursday so please help me out with this...
