Statistics in bio lab report

Hey,

I did a lab on the effect of placing identical blood samples in different concentrations of sugar solutions on the shape of RBC's. I mainly had to observe how the shape of RBC changes as a result under a microscope. I have no idea what statistics to include. I mean there is no mode, median, range or even standard deviation to include :S any ideas on what to include for aspects 2 and 3 of Data collection and processing?

Thanks
