Leoo
hey guys I'm sitting in front of our lab design with my lab partner and we're seriously stuck! Could someone please tell us where you can find catalase, and what is the best substrate to work with to find the reaction rate? Thank You Edited November 18, 2011 by Leoo Reply
Emmi
Have you considered using liver? It might sound silly, but liver is actually very high in catalase. You can often find it in stores and you can just blend/grind it up and it will give you more than enough catalase. Reply
