Schrödinger's Cat Posted November 5, 2011 Report Share Posted November 5, 2011 I have a question about the tan 2x thing (which I had never encountered before in all my past practising days!!!) - Were we supposed to have used the relationship tan2x = 2tanx / 1 - tanx^2? Because I know that's a formula you can use to find tan2x but it's not in the data booklet so I'm assuming we didn't have to know it and therefore shouldn't have used it... Does the relationship tan2x = sin2x/cos2x work??? I made up some rubbish by drawing triangles and such Reply Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
