I`m Potato
How was the ITGS Paper 1 everyone? In my opinion it was the easiest Paper 1 that I have come across! But I was just wondering - what is the technique used to convert the BMP to JPG? I put lossy compression because that's the only technique I can think of... And the last question regarding the keylogger and password thing. What's the process in which hackers steal your password or whatever the question was? I have no idea and just made some random stuff up. Snoopchicken
Last question asked about what banks can do to prevent hackers from hacking their customers. Basically, you're looking for the policies banks should follow/advise to their customers, since they have no control over their customers' computers. For example, advise them of using Windows firewall, antivirus software, etc. Reply

I`m Potato
Yeah me too! I wrote about SSL and antivirus software... But the question was quite broad in context anyway. It just asked for what the bank could do to advise their customers so they can practically use any method to do so and that includes implementing security for their website? Snoopchicken
AMZ, don't worry, I think your answer is correct. Last 3 digits of credit card wouldn't solve anything, as they would still be recorded by the key-logger. Reply
