Sandwich Posted November 9, 2010 Report Share Posted November 9, 2010 To me it just looks like one of the scientists realised they weren't producing anything so got their 9 year old kid to sit down with a spirograph Saw this on the BBC news last night. I think it's a big headline without much to back it up yet! They're not even sure if what they simulated IS anything to do with the big bang, or at least that's the impression I got from the guy they interviewed. He said that it /might/ simulate it, so they don't even know that. Unless they left some key thing off the News or have discovered extra stuff overnight, I think the excitement might be somewhat disproportionate!Either way, I'm glad they finally got it working!
