CAS project help - Pakistan Flood Relief

So i wanna start a flood relief CAS project soon which will also be my long term group project

IM gonna talk to the head of school tomorow about my 'plan' for the project but i dont actually have one.

All i can think of are bake sales to raise donations.

Can any1 help me think of a plan which i can tell him so he will approve the project?

Think of where the project will be, who will be involved, when the project will be, and where you will get the tables/chairs from (They're expensive, so think donations. ) Also, get a list of people who will actually prepare the baked goods. Also, you may need to contact the local government of your city/town/district to get a permit to have a bake sale. These are just a few things to focus on. I've had some experience with organizing fund raising events for the Red Cross Youth group in my city, so if you need any more help, ask.
