Any Modern Greek?

umm...anyone else doing modern greek in the ib? dont think there is anyone except for other fellow greek ib'ers that would chose greek as a language...please let me know:)

Haha, well, our school doesn't offer Greek IB.

But I'm Greek and I speak modern Greek as well as the Cypriot dialect, so if you need any help, feel free to ask.

You're SO lucky you have the option to take Greek! My program is limited only to Spanish. I think that starting next year, though, that they are implementing French.

They are doing Greek A1, which is an equivalent course to English A1. In other words, Greek is their mother tongue.

lucky? hahhha no my friend we are not lucky modern greek is one of the toughest ib courses...

Well, I also have Modern Greek A1 and English A1, though I think it's stupid it's obligatory to have your tongue language as a course. And our school doesn't offer any other languages other than Greek and English, so the choice is pretty limited... Totally unpractical. And i think it even restricts your "global perspective" since 2 languages is the extreme minimum nowadays.
