I'm predicted 36-39 overall with English A1, Biology and Chemistry as my highers and Spanish B, History and Maths at standard. I think Malta want somewhere around 30 to take medicine. Malta's the only place outside the UK I've looked at so far due to cost, entry requirements and having to learn a new language to fluency.
